About our Load&Seal Kits & Systems
Overcome the limitations of conventional sealed biochips and explant culture with the DynamicOrgan® Load&Seal Kits and Systems.
The Load&Seal Kits and Systems allow you to load tissue slices, larger biomaterials and non-flowable samples directly into the cell culture chamber of our biochips before sealing and perfusion.
The heart of the kit is the 2-channel biochip (BC002) containing one porous membrane separating the culture chamber into a top and bottom channel. The top channel is supplied with an open-top and a separate bonding foil to be applied by the user after sample placement. This enables you to place biological samples directly into the culture chamber that otherwise would not be able to pass through the inlet ports of a conventional closed chip.
