DynamicOrgan® Load&Seal System - 0.4µm - M
The DynamicOrgan® Load&Seal System provides direct access to the culture chamber through an open-top biochip design. It allows you to load tissue slices, larger biomaterials and non-flowable samples directly into the cell culture chamber of our biochips before sealing and perfusion.
The DynamicOrgan® Load&Seal System provides everything you need to integrate larger biological samples, such as tissue slices, biomaterials and non-flowable samples directly into the culture chamber of our biochips. The complete system includes all required consumables and a peristaltic pump for biochip perfusion.
The heart of the kit is the 2-channel biochip (BC002) containing one porous membrane separating the culture chamber into a top and bottom channel. The top channel is supplied with an open-top and a separate bonding foil to be applied by the user after sample placement. This enables you to place biological samples directly into the culture chamber that otherwise would not be able to pass through the inlet ports of a conventional closed chip.
The consumables provided in the kit are intended for one-channel perfusion with small reservoirs. For double-perfusion, additional Double Perfusion Sets are available.
