DynamicOrgan® Load&Seal Kit - 5µm - S

The DynamicOrgan® Load&Seal Kit provides all consumables needed to integrate larger biological samples, such as tissue slices, biomaterials and non-flowable samples directly into the culture chamber of our biochips.

The heart of the kit is the 2-channel biochip (BC002) containing one porous membrane separating the culture chamber into a top and bottom channel. The top channel is supplied with an open-top and a separate bonding foil to be applied by the user after sample placement. This enables you to place biological samples directly into the culture chamber that otherwise would not be able to pass through the inlet ports of a conventional closed chip.

The Load&Seal kit is intended for one-channel perfusion with small reservoirs. For double-perfusion, additional Double Perfusion Sets are available. 

Please note: The DynamicOrgan® Load&Seal Kit does not include a pump. For a complete setup, choose the DynamicOrgan® Load&Seal System. It includes the kit and a peristaltic pump to start perfusion.
