DynamicOrgan® O2-Sensor Kit - 8µm - S
The DynamicOrgan® O₂-Sensor Kit provides all consumables needed for real-time, non-invasive oxygen monitoring in organ-on-chip experiments.
This kit combines the 2-channel biochip (BC002) with biocompatible oxygen sensor spots from PyroScience for contactless oxygen monitoring directly inside the biochip. Sensor spots enable the measurement of general oxygen levels in the top channel or the calculation of oxygen consumption between in- and outlet in the bottom channel.
Readouts are performed with the PyroScience FirePlate and REDFLASH technology, detecting an oxygen-dependent luminescence signal.
Please note: the DynamicOrgan® O₂-Sensor Kit does not include the PyroScience FirePlate or a pump.
