DynamicOrgan® TEER-Sensor System Beginner - 0.4µm - M

The DynamicOrgan® TEER-Sensor System Beginner contains everything you need to set up your organ-on-chip workflow with live TEER measurement, including the the tighTEER readout unit together with all consumables and a peristaltic pump required for biochip perfusion.

At the core of the system is the 2-channel biochip (BC002) with integrated semi-transparent electrodes, enabling direct measurement of trans-epithelial/trans-endothelial electrical resistance (TEER) inside the biochip. This allows continuous monitoring of tissue barrier function while maintaining compatibility with on-chip imaging.

The tighTEER readout unit connects to the biochip via an integrated circuit board and measurement data is transmitted wirelessly to a computer via a usb-serial receiver and can be visualized in real-time. The complete setup fits into an incubator, enabling robust and reproducible results between experiments and replicates.
