DynamicOrgan® O2-Sensor System Beginner - 3µm - S

The DynamicOrgan® O₂-Sensor System Beginner contains everything you need to set up your organ-on-chip workflow with live oxygen measurement, including the PyroScience FirePlate together with all consumables and a peristaltic pump required for biochip perfusion.

This kit combines the 2-channel biochip (BC002) with biocompatible oxygen sensor spots from PyroScience for contactless oxygen monitoring directly inside the biochip. Sensor spots enable the measurement of general oxygen levels in the top channel or the calculation of oxygen consumption between in- and outlet in the bottom channel. 

Readouts are performed with the PyroScience FirePlate and REDFLASH technology, detecting an oxygen-dependent luminescence signal.
