This course can be taken without any prior knowledge of organ-on-chip technology.
- Basic handling techniques of the Dynamic42 biochip
- Integrate spheroids or organoids in a perfused vascular network within the biochip
- Practice to embed and grow tumor structures in a 3D hydrogel inside a biochip
- Observe immune cell invasion into a tumor via life imaging
- Monitor how perfusion impacts all of these effects
